address bar you will always see the secure padlock icon/symbol displayed. This
means the data you send to us and the data we render back is protected.
2. DATABASE SECURITY
All data is encrypted before being stored within our
Microsoft Azure cloud-based database.
Additionally, each customer's data is fully isolated and not intermingled with other customer data.
3. SUBSCRIPTION PAYMENT SECURITY
Our financial infrastructure partner, Stripe, also utilizes secure SSL throughout
their website to protect your data. And they partner with enterprise-level clients such as Amazon,
Google, Salesforce, and more. That inspired us to partner with them too.
Important note: Only Stripe receives your payment information. We never see it and we will never ask you for it.
4. TERMS OF SERVICE & DATA SECURITY
It is our earnest goal to support customers in serving family-oriented content to their communities.
Trace Your Success customer profile Online Links and Offer Links, items set by customers, are checked using the
Google Web Risk
API. This helps us filter out links to inappropriate websties. Likewise, profile Offer Images are
checked using the Google Vision API. This helps us filter out inapproprite images.
The Google AI tools aren't 100% effective, yet they get better every day.
This having been written, should any customer violate our terms of service in
a criminal way, we pledge to provide legal authorities all the data they require or
request to carry out their mission of ensuring safety, justice, and adherence to the
rule of law for everyone. This respect for the law protects you as well.
